About me

I am mother of two living in Berlin, originally from England with some French and American thrown in there; and so my identity and sense of home has always been fluid. Growing up, we moved around a lot, and it is here I first found myself inhabiting the world of shame, a tangible physical sensation that yet had so much to do with my mind. And it was here that began my exploration of my body and my mind. 30 some years later and after much learning, our bodies and how we navigate them still inspires me. I am blown away by all the wonderful and heartbreaking coping mechanisms we establish in ourself to help us get by, myself included. I find myself repeating old ways and patterns and, because of what I have learnt, I now have the tools to step out and try anew. Developing presence and being fully embodied in my life is what I wish to share with my clients.

Leaning on my meditation and movement practice, my training in the Pantarei method, my education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the importance of a creative practice, I developed my own process of becoming more aware and present in the day-to-day experience. This is what I offer my clients now, a way into themselves via their bodies which speaks to their desires and needs which previously were left unmet.
